Haven't had milk since the beginning of July and haven't eaten meat more than once a week...if that. I try to eat at least 75% fresh food, which means most of my food is vegetables and fruits. I do feel better, but is it the food or exercise? Down side---my hair falls out a lot! I don't like that!
