UGH this blog is ALL about food... But food is SO good... But before I talk about the food I'll talk about exercising a little... Just because it's still happening. We went to Body Pump this morning, and it was INTENSE. We did lunges, squats, biceps, triceps, shoulders, back, booty, thighs, abs, more lunges, more squats... My whole body was shaking afterwards...
After working out we got to go to lunch with a good friend.. We tried out the Blue Plate Diner in Sugarhouse.. I, of course, had the hummus (I am a hummus addict). It was pretty tasty delicious. My mom had the Vegan burger.. I like food...
