This is confusing, "Vary your veggies"??? It should say "Eat as many veggies as one could possibly consume in a 12 hr period!"
The picture of calcium rich foods should also include some vegetables... There are plenty of other calcium sources aside from dairy. Here is a very compiled list. http://soystache.com/calcium.htm
