I LOVE love LOVE love LoVe cycle class.. If you think you can't do it, you're wrong. It is SO painful and hard the first few times, but after that it becomes an addiction. It is one of the BEST workouts you can get at the gym... I am always dripping with sweat during the entire class. Plus it makes you want to get out there and ride the road! I tend to push myself more in cycle class because of the instructor and group environment. I go anaerobic several times (if you don't know what that means, click here Anaerobic) during the hour, and who doesn't want that?
