I have been wanting to try a green smoothie for quite some time... Then I watched Fat Sick and Nearly Dead, and I knew the time for green was now!! I bought the kale, green apples, cucumber, lemon, and ginger. Then waited for the day to come when I could juice it up... Well today was that day.. and I don't really know what to say.. Or think... So I'll let the video do the talking
I tried to mask the overwhelming lemon flavor with a banana (which didn't really juice), and some more kale... It didn't do much to improve the taste
So if anyone knows how to make a green smoothie that is actually edible.. I would love to know how!
